what's the difference between pro and premium?
Pro takes every limit off drills, mocks, races, and live whiteboard lessons. Premium adds unlimited Ask Clutch chat, priority access to live lessons, and first access to new features as they ship.
how do institution licenses work?
Every seat is the pro plan for whichever billing period you pick, and the discount grows with your cohort: 30% off at 10 seats, 40% at 25, 50% at 50. Pay once and your organization is provisioned automatically: the admin join code lands in your inbox the moment payment clears, and you can buy more seats any time from the admin portal at a prorated price. how do the diagnostic discounts work?
Score 80% or higher on the 20-question diagnostic and you earn a permanent discount on any plan — 10% off at 80+, 15% off at 90+, and 20% off for a perfect score. You get two attempts; your best score counts.
what happens to my data if i cancel?
Nothing — your xp, streaks, mock history, and ledger stay. You keep paid access until the end of the period you paid for, then the free limits apply again.
is there a refund policy?
Yes: full refund within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Details on the refund policy page.
my school gave me access — do i need a plan?
No. Institution accounts get everything pro has. You'll never see an upgrade screen while your school's license is active.
can a parent pay for my account?
Yes — parents can start any plan for a linked student from the parent portal, and the student never has to touch billing. Your diagnostic discount still applies.
