1. What Rankd1600 is

Rankd1600 is an SAT preparation platform: practice questions, mock tests, vocabulary tools, progress tracking, and an AI tutor. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review them with you.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password private.
• One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
• Institution accounts are managed by the institution — an administrator can deactivate them and view study progress.
• Students can link parent accounts; every link is visible to the student on their settings page. There is no invisible monitoring.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform; do not share, resell, or republish question content; do not use the AI tutor to generate content unrelated to studying. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its fair-use limits.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The free plan has daily and monthly usage limits. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically until canceled. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. Institution licenses are billed separately under a written agreement with the institution.

5. Content and AI

Practice questions and explanations are Rankd1600 content and are licensed to you for personal study only. AI-generated explanations can be wrong; they are a study aid, not a guarantee of accuracy. Rankd1600 is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board. SAT is a trademark of the College Board, which is not involved in this product.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections about content licenses, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Rankd1600 is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any particular score outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Rankd1600 after that means you accept the new terms.
